Toolrealm Operations Code

01 : Agreement & Jurisdiction

These Terms constitute a legal contract between you (“User” or “Client”) and Toolrealm (“Agency”, “we”, or “us”). These terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

02 : Intellectual Property Rights

All creative work, layout structures, CSS frameworks, custom code snippets, typography design systems, brand marks, and editorial media published across our agency showcase and journal publications remain the exclusive intellectual property of Toolrealm.

Website Content Usage: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view site materials for personal or internal business evaluation. Scraped code, automated data mining, or commercial reproduction of our source files without prior written approval is prohibited.

03 : Agency Client Engagements & Deliverables

Client engagements for custom web development, bespoke WordPress plugin architecture, and brand strategy are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.

• IP Transfer: Ownership of custom client assets, bespoke brand deliverables, and client-funded web systems transfers to the client upon full payment of project fees as outlined in the applicable SOW.
• Retained Tools: Toolrealm retains ownership over proprietary baseline libraries, pre-existing developer frameworks, and reusable PHP/JavaScript engines integrated into client builds.
• Payment Milestones: All custom work proceeds according to agreed milestone schedules. Late payments may result in suspension of staging access or deployment delays.

04 : Acceptable Use & Infrastructure Protection

When interacting with our contact forms, API endpoints, or web applications, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to server environments, API backends, or connected database systems.
• Inject malicious code, SQL scripts, or execute distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) requests against our network.
• Submit fraudulent contact requests or automated spam payloads through our inquiry forms.

05 : Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

While Toolrealm maintains strict engineering standards, this website and its dispatches are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Toolrealm shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of your reliance on editorial content, third-party link destinations, or temporary service outages caused by upstream server infrastructure.
